Opened in 2024, the 251-key hotel is tucked away on the pristine shores of Bluewaters Dubai, a vibrant lifestyle destination by Dubai Holding, ideally situated between the dynamic city skyline and the tranquil waters of the Arabian Gulf. Positioned to redefine Dubai’s luxury hospitality landscape, Delano Dubai presents a fresh, creative alternative for travellers seeking an eclectic and socially vibrant escape. Blending timeless elegance with contemporary sophistication, the hotel features 250 metres of private beachfront, a curated selection of international dining backed by the creative concepts of Paris Society, immersive wellness experiences, and signature social spaces that capture the energy, style and glamour of Delano, evolving the brand’s iconic Miami heritage for a contemporary Dubai audience.
A cultural launchpad
Drawing on the brand’s long-standing ties to music, fashion and culture, Delano Dubai serves as a creative launchpad for a curated calendar of experiences across art, music, wellness and food. Upcoming initiatives include an artist-in-residence programme and bi-weekly live music nights at the iconic Rose Bar in collaboration with international artists, alongside expanded wellness experiences beginning with a holistic Wellness Retreat in February. Culinary experiences form an integral part of the hotel’s programming. Teppanyaki: The Delano Way introduces an intimate ten-seat counter where dishes are prepared live, transforming dinner into an immersive sensory journey.
A considered approach to wellness
The wellness offering at Delano Dubai is shaped in partnership with HWH Studio, the premium wellness sanctuary founded by renowned yoga instructor, Adrienne Everett, and home to Dubai’s first outdoor reformer Pilates experience. Delano Dubai incorporates high-calibre fitness classes, personal training and immersive holistic experiences, classes include outdoor and mat Pilates, Vinyasa yoga, breathwork and red-light yin yoga, alongside a programme of curated classes and intimate events throughout the year in partnership with premium fitness brands like Alo and Whoop. Guests can complement their wellness journey with visits to the nearby Banyan Tree Spa, featuring thoughtfully designed suites with ensuite Jacuzzis and tailored treatments drawing on Middle Eastern and Asian traditions, as well as Delano’s 24-hour gym equipped with state-of-the-art cardio and free-weight equipment by Technogym. Later this year, Delano Dubai will introduce The Source by Delano, following its launch at Delano Miami Beach in March, offering a refined approach to modern wellness through thoughtfully designed spa rituals and shared experiences in a sensory-rich environment.
A curated culinary journey
Exceptional restaurant and bar concepts are at the heart of the guest experience at Delano Dubai, featuring a curated selection of authentic international cuisines across 11 distinctive outlets. Central to the offering is the Rose Bar, a reimagining of Miami’s legendary hotspot and a nod to the brand’s iconic heritage. Once a favourite of Hollywood elite and musical legends, the bar features rich rose-hued marble, decadent red velvet curtains and a bespoke rose petal motif, while a curated cocktail menu blends innovative creations with classic favourites. Blue Door, reimagined for Dubai, brings the spirit of the original Miami restaurant to the property. Headed up by Chef Zulfikar Cambaz, Blue Door celebrates the culinary traditions of coastal Anatolia, blending tradition and innovation in its dishes. The restaurant has been widely recognised for its excellence, recently named Best Turkish Restaurant in Dubai by the Good Food Middle East Awards and Turkish Restaurant of the Year at the FACT Dining Awards 2025. Tables and chairs are dressed in white, with an outdoor terrace opening onto an alfresco garden accented with soft lighting and blue-and-white mosaic tiles.
The wider dining portfolio spans a diverse range of international concepts. Authentic Italian flavours are served at Tutto Passa, inspired by the relaxed glamour of the Amalfi Coast with views overlooking the pool, while Alizée celebrates the lifestyle and cuisine of the French Riviera through a coastal-influenced menu. Asian dining is represented by several distinct experiences, including Demon Duck by celebrated chef Alvin Leung, offering creative interpretations on Chinese and Pan-Asian classics; Gohan, which blends elevated Japanese street food with a speakeasy-style beachfront setting; and TakaHisa, recognised as Dubai’s best Japanese restaurant in the 2023 Michelin Guide for its premium omakase, A5 Kobe beef and traditional sushi.Further Japanese concepts include Tocha, a refined café inspired by traditional Japanese teahouses with relaxed views of the Banyan Spa, and the new Teppanyaki: The Delano Way, an intimate, ten-seat counter experience where culinary craftsmanship unfolds live. Completing the lineup is La Cantine Beach, a lifestyle-led beach club combining Mediterranean dining with wellness and sport, featuring an adults-only pool, outdoor padel and pickleball courts, and a dedicated sports club. Maison Revka, launched in collaboration with Paris Society, is a romantic and opulent Parisian-inspired Slavic restaurant with spaces drawing inspiration from the elegance of Louis XVI châteaux. Interiors are layered in luxurious velvets, stained-glass windows and whimsical lighting. Outdoors, a private pool is framed by floral pergolas and draped cabanas, creating a relaxed setting for al fresco poolside dining. Café Delano, set to open later this year, will offer all-day dining set in the hotel’s lobby and will be introduced across all Delano hotels.
Chic, sophisticated comfort meets timeless contemporary design
The hotel’s 251 guest rooms, including 84 suites, are designed in Delano’s signature understated style, combining comfort with refined, chic interiors. Softly lit corridors lead into rooms filled with natural light, featuring a tonal palette of Delano white and soft neutrals, white oak floors, custom wool rugs and oversized fluted leather headboards framing king-sized beds. Bespoke, curved furnishings and sheer draped curtains add subtle layers, while archival colour photography from Delano’s Miami Beach adds a pop of colour with a nod to the brand’s heritage. Marble en-suite bathrooms complete the spaces, featuring a rain shower, bathtub and rejuvenating amenities by Swedish fragrance house, Byredo. Most rooms open onto balconies or terraces with garden, pool or sea views, while the ground-floor Breaking Wave Suites extend the experience outdoors with private pools and direct beach access. Crowning the hotel, the Delano Penthouse occupies the entire seventh floor, with five bedrooms, a private elevator entrance, an infinity pool and expansive terraces with sweeping views across Dubai’s glittering skyline and the Arabian Gulf.
An icon reimagined
Collectively conceived by a quartet of leading design studios – Elastic Architects, SA Consultants, La Bottega Interiors and YDesign – alongside Ennismore’s in-house design team, the interiors of Delano Dubai pay homage to the timelessness of the brand’s Miami origins while reinterpreting its signature aesthetic to reflect the dynamic energy of Dubai. Anchored in the brand’s iconic Delano white, the light-filled interiors unfold into layered, modernist spaces defined by contrasting architectural lighting, bold tonal accents and rich natural materials including marble, onyx, white oak, leather and mohair. Hand-painted botanical murals, sculptural furniture and fluted detailing further enliven the spaces throughout the hotel. At the entrance, lush green walls and sheer white curtains offer a subtle nod to Miami’s famed whimsical hedge, guiding guests into an inviting courtyard that blurs the boundaries between indoors and out. The main Delano pool sits at the heart of the property, capturing the vibrant social energy of the original Miami venue. Sunken furniture in the shallows, yellow-and-white striped umbrellas and towering palms reinforce the iconic retro vibe, with views stretching out to Ain Dubai, the world’s largest observation wheel.
