Senior Account Executive

We are looking for a talented Senior Account Executive to join our creative and dynamic team, as the agency enters its next exciting chapter of growth. This is a really fantastic opportunity to join a thriving young agency, with a fantastic reputation and enviable client list.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have 1-2 years’ experience working for a PR agency, preferably working on luxury travel clients
  • Have an understanding of the luxury consumer and how to influence them on and offline
  • Be passionate about travel and hospitality and hungry to learn the ins and outs of the industry
  • Have a solid understanding of how the media works and a good network of journalists and digital influencers to activate
  • Be a confident networker with a sociable and tenacious nature
  • A creative mind able to suggest potential story angles, creative activations and partnership opportunities
  • A strong writer able to draft compelling press releases, media pitches and blog content
  • Social media savvy with a snappy turn of phrase and eye for design
  • An agile multi-tasker able to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple clients and projects at any one time
  • Be a team player who supports co-workers and champions the agency but also a self-starter able to work independently when working remotely and not be shy of video meetings with colleagues, journalists or clients
  • A quick learner with a proactive can-do attitude
  • Super organised and detail-orientated for meticulous reporting and follow-through Be presentable, punctual and reliable

As a Senior Account Executive your main responsibilities will include:

  • Efficient press office coordination across multiple clients evaluating and processing media requests
  • Seamless organisation of individual and group press trip itineraries 
  • Taking charge of monthly reporting and day-to-day press clippings and account admin
  • Supporting the team with creative and strategic story development across clients
  • Proactive media outreach, pitching and story placement
  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with journalists across travel and wider lifestyle spheres both in the UK and international markets
  • Drafting compelling press releases, pitches, editorial and blog content
  • Influencer and tastemaker engagement
  • Liaison with clients to share results and present opportunities
  • Coordination of media schedules for client/press appointments and travel trade fairs
  • Attend media and industry meetings, networking events and travel trade fairs
  • Help coordinate strategic brand partner initiatives across the fashion, food and lifestyle sectors
