ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (PR & SOCIAL)
Start date: April/May 2021
£19,000-23,000 per annum dependent on experience

We are looking for someone who:
• Has at least 6-12 months PR experience, preferably working with travel or luxury lifestyle brands
• Passionate about travel, luxury brands, print, digital and social media
• A quick learner with a proactive can-do attitude willing to work hard to progress quickly
• Super organised and detail-orientated for meticulous reporting and follow-through
• An agile multi-tasker able to work in a fast-paced agency environment juggling multiple clients and projects at any one time
• Be presentable, punctual and reliable
• A competent writer to draft compelling press releases, media pitches, blog and social media content
• Social media savvy with a snappy turn of phrase, eye for design and keen interest/understanding of influencers
• A confident networker with a sociable and tenacious nature
• A creative mind able to suggest potential story angles, creative activations and partnership opportunities
• A team player who supports co-workers but who is also able to work independently whilst working remotely and not shy of video meetings

As an Account Executive your main responsibilities will include:
• Efficient press office coordination across multiple clients evaluating and processing media requests
• Proactive media outreach, pitching, story placement, image requests and editorial fact-checking
• Helping to draft compelling press releases, pitches, editorial and blog content
• Liaison with clients to share results and present opportunities
• Social media: help with content creation, channel management and community management with agency and client channels
• Establishing and nurturing relationships with journalists across travel and wider lifestyle spheres both in the UK and international markets
• Influencer and tastemaker outreach
• Attending media and industry events, meetings, educational webinars and travel trade fairs
• Destination and trend research, competitors analysis and benchmarking
• Help coordinate events and brand partnerships across the fashion, food and lifestyle sector
