From India to the World: tulåh Clinical Wellness Unveils a New Global Sanctuary for Integrated Wellbeing

Following a three-day event held from 1st –3rd May 2026, tulåh Clinical Wellness has officially opened its doors, unveiling its flagship sanctuary in Kerala.

Set in the heart of Kerala, tulåh introduces a new paradigm of integrative wellness that brings together clinical science, traditional Indian healing systems, and experiential design. Rooted in India’s wellness heritage yet shaped with a global outlook, tulåh  is a first-of-its-kind destination in India for integrative, personalised healing and transformational journeys for body, mind, and soul.

Drawing from Ayurveda, Vedanta, Yoga, Tibetan and Traditional Chinese Medicine, tulåh harmonises tradition and innovation, weaving advanced diagnostics, regenerative therapies, and personalised, farm-to-table nutrition into journeys that restore balance to body, mind, and soul. The sanctuary spans 65 suites and 14 treatment rooms, immersed in rewilded forests, medicinal gardens, regenerative waters, and the Sonorium – the world’s largest sound healing dome, where harmonic frequencies are integrated into structured programmes designed to support deeper regulation and long-term resilience.

The event, themed “From India to the World,” brought together influential global tastemakers, business leaders, cultural icons, and pioneers who are shaping India’s voice on the world stage. Across three days, individuals experienced tulåh’s signature philosophy through bespoke wellness journeys, transformative therapies, and curated cultural programming, reflecting the brand’s ambition to share India’s wellness traditions with the world.

Evenings unfolded through evocative cultural performances featuring Kerala-based collectives Shanka Tribe, the Bonny Abraham Ensemble and Jupiter Springs, culminating in a special performance by Grammy-recognised sitarist Asad Khan, whose music became a resonant expression of the event’s spirit – deeply Indian, yet universally moving.

In partnership with Greenara, tulåh unveiled a 23-metre wellness-integrated waterfall installation – one of the world’s tallest – conceived as a symbolic threshold for renewal and recalibration upon arrival. The sanctuary experience also featured collaborations with Jaipur Rugs, Mauli Rituals, and Pepper House, each contributing elements of craft, ritual, and design that highlighted India’s contemporary creative landscape.

More than a launch, the gathering signalled the arrival of a new global wellness movement emerging from India; one grounded in integration, community, science, culture, and conscious living. The unveiling concluded with a personal address from Faizal E. Kottikollon, Co-Founder and Chairman of tulåh, who described the sanctuary not simply as a destination, but as “a lasting home for restoration, reflection, and belonging for those seeking deeper wellbeing”.

Reflecting on the experience, Aditi Premji, Chairperson of the Wipro Foundation, shared: “Even in my limited time there, many of us realised how beneficial an integrated wellness system can be – that rare combination of ancient wisdom and modern science in a space that truly feels like home.”

Looking ahead, the Kerala sanctuary marks the beginning of a broader global ecosystem, with future plans including urban wellness hubs, integrative health programmes, and at-home care experiences designed to extend tulåh’s philosophy beyond destination wellness into everyday life. With its inaugural unveiling, tulåh establishes itself not only as a sanctuary, but as a new global expression of Indian wellness – refined, deeply rooted, and internationally resonant.
