Lodge Park opens for its first summer season following a year-long restoration

Lodge Park reopens for the summer season on 10th July with a new outdoor pool and wellness-led programming inviting guests for a revitalising alpine escape

Following a year-long refurbishment with 49 guest bedrooms evolving into just 28 sumptuous suites and rooms, Lodge Park in Megève reopens for the summer season on 10th July, unveiling a new outdoor pool framed by sweeping alpine views alongside new longevity-focused wellness and active programming. As revealed in Skyscanner’s 2026 Travel Trend Report, 71% of travellers are considering a mountain escape for summer this year, with Lodge Park providing the perfect setting for travellers seeking both active days in the Alps and moments of restoration.

Originally acquired by the Sibuet family in the 1990s, Lodge Park reflects the family’s intimate hospitality and signature sense of style and soul. With 2026 marking 15 years since the second generation, daughter Marie and son Nicolas, began guiding the brand into a new era, the hotel continues to evolve while remaining rooted in its heritage. The redesign brings signature Ralph Lauren fabrics and Brin Emperador marble bathrooms while suites are complete with Nordic baths on terraces, inviting guests to unwind outdoors. This summer, the hotel debuts a heated outdoor pool with a terrace and alfresco kitchen, positioned to take in views across the surrounding peaks, offering a new focal point for relaxed, open-air living throughout the season.

Central to Lodge Park’s newest chapter is the Longevity Spa, the only biohacking spa in the region, open to guests and the public. Developed in partnership with longevity clinic The Recode Club, the space is dedicated to performance, recovery and long-term wellbeing. Guests can access advanced therapies including hyperbaric oxygen, whole-body cryotherapy, photobiomodulation, infrared treatments, electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) and Bol d’air Jacquier, a specialised oxygenation therapy, alongside holistic rituals inspired by alpine botanicals such as edelweiss, arnica, genepi and alpine rose, courtesy of in-house brand Pure Altitude, drawing on the healing power of high-altitude plants. The space itself encourages slow restoration, with a 12-metre indoor pool, hammam, infrared sauna, ice room, Japanese Kneipp baths and relaxation areas designed for quiet recovery.

This summer, Lodge Park introduces two new guest programmes. The Sport and Well-being Stay centres on experiencing the mountains in motion, combining a five-night stay with electric mountain bike rental for three full days to explore Megève’s panoramic trails, including routes across Mont d’Arbois towards Mont Joux, where sweeping views of the Mont Blanc massif unfold. After active days outdoors, a daily programme incorporates the Longevity Spa’s targeted advanced therapies, supporting muscle recovery and overall wellbeing. For a longer escape, the Alpine Biohacking Programme offers a six-night stay centred on regeneration and renewal. This bespoke wellness journey combines in-room daily pressotherapy sessions, personalised coaching sessions and full access to the hotel’s wellness facilities.

To enjoy long alfresco lunches, L’Alpage des Fermes, the family’s summer-only mountain restaurant set 700m above the village is reached via a scenic hike or 4×4 transfer through the alpine pastures and reserved exclusively for guests. Here, the menu celebrates traditional Savoie flavours, from mountain charcuterie and farmhouse cheeses to hearth-cooked meats, creamy polenta and classic desserts such as wild blueberry tart and gâteau de Savoie. The experience forms part of the wider Sibuet family portfolio in Megève, which encompasses three hotels, a collection of chalets and four standalone restaurants. Guests can explore the collection of addresses across the village, as well as Lodge Park’s own Beef Lodge, a signature steakhouse dedicated to exceptional cuts prepared over open flame and carved besides tables by a “bouchelier,” the steak equivalent of a sommelier.

For guests looking to explore the charming village of Megève, often referred to as the 21st arrondissement of Paris, the hotel is located in the centre of the village, perfectly placed for days visiting boutiques and cafés, hiking mountain trails that span over 400 kilometres across the surrounding terrain, and immersing in the destination’s vibrant summer calendar. Highlights include the Megève Jazz Contest, returning for its 30th edition in July, when eight orchestras perform traditional jazz across the four corners of the village over a festive weekend, culminating in a gala evening at the Palais Megève. The season also sees classic car rallies, including stages of the Megève to Saint-Tropez rally, as well as paragliding displays and hot air ballooning.
